My Sambuca Premium Liqueur My grandfather, Gaetano Inga, had been producing liqueurs, brandies and Marsala wine in Noto, Sicily for many years before he moved to Genoa, Piemonte in the 1930’s. While in Sicily, he also made a delicious liqueur by infusing alcohol with anise seeds, sugar, and other secret ingredients. As time passed, this style of liqueur became known as Sambuca. The style is now world-famous with many brands circulating worldwide. Now I have resurrected the ancient formula.[...]

This is an extra vergine oil derived from the first pressing and naturally manufactured. Its persistent scent is the same as the just pressed olives, just like the taste, accompanied by light notations of grass and spice. Its colour is of a very loaded and opaque green thanks to the presence of fragments of pulp. Therefore, it is a raw oil, that would be preferred for by all those people who love the tradition. Beautiful straw yellow colour spumante wine with greenish reflection. Its intense and refined bouquet is fresh and fragrant, with sharp Golden apple and Artemisia scents. This wine is obtained from the best grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Franc cultivated in our vineyards at “La Mincana”. After the racking it remains for 12 months into small oak barrels where it refines its peculiarities. Then it is bottled and after a further refining period of 3-4 months it is ready to be tasted.
